HOME REPAIRS, BETTER EXPLAINED

The sink is leaking.
What now?

Take a photo and describe what’s happening. Tria helps you fill in the missing details and, when there’s enough evidence, prepares a report you can share with your landlord or plumber.

Early access is opening soon. Ask us to take part.

Three steps from noticing a problem
to knowing what to ask next.

  1. 01

    See.

Notice something that isn’t right? Tell Tria what you’ve seen, where it is, and when it happens. Your own words are enough.

  2. 02

    Snap.

Add a photo of the problem. If Tria needs more detail, keep the photos and answers together in the same conversation.

  3. 03

    Sort.

Get a clearer next step. When there’s enough useful evidence, share the preliminary report with your landlord or a tradesperson to help arrange the right repair.

A few things
worth knowing.

Ask us something else
How can I try Tria?

Tria currently focuses on under-sink leaks. Request early access by email and we’ll explain how you can take part.

What if the photo isn’t clear or relevant?

Tria can ask for a better view or more detail. An unrelated photo is rejected, and your case stays open for relevant evidence.

Is this a confirmed diagnosis or DIY advice?

No. Tria’s findings are preliminary and based on the evidence provided. A qualified professional should confirm the problem and any repair. A report is not a safety clearance.

How do I share the report?

Download the PDF and attach it to an email. The report’s email button opens a draft with the findings; you add the recipient and attach the PDF before sending.
